Sainsbury's-Anchored Project Sells For £12.1M In Brockley

Boultbee LDN sold all of its retail units and flats in its high street parade project in Brockley, South East London. Proceeds were £12.1M.

The 21k SF development at 180 Brockley Road included 25 apartments and a 4k SF ground-floor retail unit pre-let to supermarket chain Sainsbury’s. The sale price of the retail space reflected a net initial yield of 4.9%.

Boultbee LDN says it is scouring South East England for more investment opportunities, such as mixed-use projects and office refurbishments.

JLL advised on the sale of the retail units, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward on the sale of the apartments.
