L&G Signs Three New Leases At Grosvenor Centre

Legal & General landed a trio of lettings at Northampton’s Grosvenor Shopping Centre, delivered by Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker’s retail teams.

OFFICE, a high street shoe shop, snapped up 3k SF on a 10-year lease and Deichmann, also a footwear fashion shop, almost doubled its presence at the shopping centre to 5.5k SF.

Loungers signed a 15-year lease taking 4,638 square feet of retail space at Welsh House, which sits at the Market Square entrance at the Grosvenor Centre.
