Hammerson's WestQuay Watermark Development Signs New Dining Tenants

Hammerson’s £85M WestQuay Watermark development in Southampton has two new restaurant tenants. Pizza restaurant Franco Manca will open on the lower promenade and will be the brand’s debut in Southampton, and only its third location outside London. The Neapolitan pizzeria company will be offering its specialist sourdough pizzas, topped with locally sourced ingredients.

Thaikhun, which serves Thai food, will occupy the upper promenade. The open-kitchen style restaurant will be adorned with artefacts from the street markets of Thailand.

The 183k SF scheme aspires to transform Southampton’s leisure and dining offer, having attracted a vibrant lineup of firsts for the city, including Cabana, Five Guys and Red Dog Saloon.
