Crown Estate's Investment In Regent Street Continues With GANT Flagship Store

US-based GANT will open a new flagship store at 184-186 Regent St in partnership with The Crown Estate. The Crown Estate curates the retail on Regent Street, and is looking to develop long-term partnerships with established Regent Street brands and collaborate with them on new retail concepts, according to Europe-RE.

Recently, the Crown Estate worked with Michael Kors on the brand’s largest-ever European store, helped Coach expand by 27k SF and incorporated a new Stuart Weitzman store.

The Crown Estate has invested £1B in Regent Street, which has transformed into one of the world’s most popular retail locations. [ERE]
