A new five-storey office building overlooking Wandsworth Park on the corner of Putney Bridge and Deodar Road has been approved. Dn-A Architects will design the new office, and Landid is the developer.
The existing 40k SF building will be demolished to make room for the new 80k SF Parklife Building, according to PutneySW15. Every floor will have a terrace to make the most of the park. An additional 7k SF of retail space will front the park.
Amenities include cycle and shower facilities, on-site yoga classes and cafés. Landid is in talks with tenants.
Landid will break ground in early 2017 and complete the project in June 2018. [SW15]
