Two Growing Firms Combine To Combat Tough Market Together

Two Houston-area firms are merging under the same roof. Maverick Advisors Group and Black Label Commercial Group will combine their operations in The Woodlands starting in May. The firms will adopt Black Label branding and move to a newly constructed 7,500 SF shared office at 1610 FM 1960. Stratton Construction was the general contractor of the $988k office.

Combined, the new firm will have 10 employees transacting more than $60M annually. The company is looking to build on its growth by hiring.

With the state of Houston's market, we'll surely see more deals like this as firms bolster up in the face of oncoming challenges.
