Quasar Galleria purchased 5433 Westheimer, an 11-story, 123k SF office building in the Galleria. HFF's Danny Miller and Marty Hogan repped the seller, a JV of Songy Highroads and EDENS. It was built in '67 but was recently updated and is 81% occupied.
The building is less than half a mile west of the Galleria Mall and features an 11k SF common area, a two-level parking garage and a Ruth's Chris Steak House on the property. It's also directly connected to the Aloft Hotel by Starwood (also developed by Songy/EDENS), making your happy hour after work that much more convenient.
