The Jones On Main
Midway and Lionstone continue to pump improvements into The Jones on Main. The latest is a 20K SF food hall. Though no specifics vendors have been announced, Austin-based Oz Rey was selected to develop and operate the food hall. Lionstone vice president of asset management Fernando Urrutia told the Houston Chronicle what to expect: chef-driven food outlets, a craft beer and curated wine bar, an Art Deco cocktail lounge and unique private spaces.
Renovations have been underway at The Jones on Main for just over a year. The work has attracted major tenants like WeWork, which recently announced an 80K SF space in the building.
