This fall WeWork will open its first Houston location at 708 Main. The 84K SF space is expected to accommodate roughly 1,400 members. Expect plenty of private conference rooms, open spaces, ping pong tables and brainstorming rooms.
WeWork has been working closely with local partners, like the Greater Houston Partnership and Central Houston, to help create a WeWork experience tailored to Houston’s vibrant culture and needs.

Lionstone Investments and Midway Cos have been renovating WeWork's newest location, connecting it to the adjacent Gulf Oil Building, and rebranding the combined asset as The Jones on Main.
"This is a very exciting addition to the Houston market. The fact that WeWork chose The Jones on Main for their first Houston location speaks volumes about our repositioning of this iconic Houston building," Lionstone vice president Fernando Urrutia said.
