Pelican Builders Is Developing $1M Condos In Upper Kirby

Westmore, A Luxury Mid-Rise At 2323 West Main St., Houston

For about $1.6M, Houstonians can buy a penthouse slated for the Upper Kirby District.

Pelican Builders is constructing the Westmore, a luxury condominium mid-rise at 2323 West Main St., Houston. This is the 11th condominium by the firm.

Designed by Houston-based Mirador Group, the seven-story building will feature 33 residences. Homes start at $960K and will range from 1,560 to 1,800 SF. Four penthouses are also available starting at $1.6M and averaging 2,500 SF.

Westmore will feature contemporary interiors, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and technological assets like pre-wiring from smart home technology and Bosch stainless steel appliances. On-site amenities include same floor storage, terraces, a pet porch potty upgrade and a fitness center.

Situated a block from Kirby Drive, the condominium is close to high-end dining, entertainment and shopping options, ranging from luxury boutiques to Whole Foods Market. It is also near the Museum District.

Westmore Sales Center is on-site and open. Sudhoff Cos., which also develops condos in Houston and which just announced a joint venture to work under the umbrella of residential brokerage Douglas Ellison, will market the property.

Pelican Builders, a Houston-based residential developer, has been active in the market for more than 30 years. The firm is underway with a 17-story condominium project in the Galleria area.

Previous projects include The Revere, The Wilshire at River Oaks District, Highland Tower, The Briarglen, Woodway Place II, Woodway Place Atrium, The Greenway I and II, and The Woodway.
