Two Hughes Landing Buildings Top Out Simultaneously

Talk about coordination—Three Hughes Landing and Embassy Suites The Woodlands/Hughes Landing both topped out on the same day (it's the first time in The Woodlands that two beams were raised simultaneously to signify reaching the tallest point of construction). Embassy Suites is ahead of schedule. The nine-story facility will have 205 rooms and a rooftop pool overlooking Lake Woodlands. Three Hughes Landing reached its top height of 12 stories; it's LEED Silver and 321k SF.
