Valley Ranch
CHI St. Luke's has partnered with The Signorelli Co. for Vivacity, a 186-acre medical district within the master planned community Valley Ranch. CHI St. Luke’s called the Valley Ranch area a priority among its target submarkets, the Houston Business Journal reports. The health system has locations in Northwest and North Houston, but not Northeast. In a press release, CHI St. Luke's said it is exploring how to best support and contribute to the project. No specifics were released.
Last year Signorelli brought on Thomas Wittenberg to oversee the medical district at Valley Ranch, the largest retail project under development in the Houston MSA. The 240-acre mixed-use project will feature 1.8M SF of stores and restaurants.
