Last night, we hit up Kirksey’s fourth annual young professionals happy hour and ran into the future of Houston office tenant rep: Savills Studley’s Bryant Lach and JLL’s Eugene Terry. Bryant says he and Mark O’Donnell are working on a 25k SF law firm deal now. Eugene had some breaking news for us—he had just locked-in a three-year lease on the bar.
CBRE’s Chris Bergmann, Stream’s Andrew Bagnell, Liberty Property Trust’s Christie Weiss, and Stream’s Jeremy Lumbreras. Christie just wrapped up renovations at 1655 Townhurst, a 19k SF flex project. Andrew’s team is marketing 34k SF of office at 1400 Broadfield, while his colleague Jeremy is handling leasing for Intrepid Business Park. Developer Triten recently began construction on its last building in the project, an 86k SF spec distribution facility.
