HCFD Realty Management put Pearland in bright lights last night, winning an International TOBY award from BOMA. Pearland Medical Plaza, managed by Lynn Harris, earned top honors in the MOB category. Healthcare Facilities Development built the 86k SF property in 2006 as part of a larger 40-acre hospital campus, and 165 docs call it home. One highlight from the night: Discovering how many different ways a Yankee can pronounce "Pearland."
