Welcome to The Woodlands, Colliers! The firm opened its third Houston-area office there, with a number of new hires: Tom Condon Jr.joined from Betz and Michelle Mathenia-Soderberg, Jason Tangen, and Karla Carter came from Bandier. The office will be led by Bob Parsley, whotells us the office is mostly comprised of land and investment specialists. He and Norm Munoz will continue to lease The Woodlands Development Corps office buildings.
Theyre having great success filling up One Hughes Landing, and Bob expects the next building in that development--above, the rendering of Hughes Landings' planned office properties--will launch in the next few month s. (They better keep opening buildings--otherwise giant scissors become obsolete.)
