Congrats to this years TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) award winners! Above, the Energy Crossing I team from Lincoln Property, which won the 100k to 250k SF category. Other recipients were CBREs management team for Memorial Hermann Southwest Medical Plaza II, Northchase & North Belt (another property managed by Lincoln Property), Friedkins FCC Campus, and EastGroup Properties World Houston 23. These groups will go on to compete in the regional competition in San Antonio next week. The TOBY awards are given by BOMA to recognize outstanding building operations and management.
