Arch-Con's Interior Design Direction

Arch-Con Corporation welcomes Brad Jameson, the newVP of the corporate interiors division. He comes on board from Means Knaus Partners after completing more than 2.2M SF of Class-A interior office build outs in the Houston area, which cost more than $80M. This included 175 tenant improvement and 50 capital projects. At Arch-Con, Brad will continue to focus in the Houston Class-A office market, particularly in the CBD and The Galleriaas well as other active submarkets. He tells us that renovations are still hot, and law firms, financial institutions, retail, and energy companies are eagerly lining up for their interior makeovers. Trends that Brad sees include a surge of oil and gas companies moving into the market, as well as business folks just looking for an awesome upgrade to their work lifestyle (including amenities like a fitness center and on-site restaurants).
