Developers MVG and Confluent Merge

Development companies Confluent Development Services and MVG Development Inc, both based in Denver, have merged, and will do business under the Confluent name. Marshall Burton (left, at a Bisnow event) and Celeste Tanner, both formerly with the Opus Group, founded Confluent Development about a year ago. It has about $150M in office and industrial projects in the works, the Denver Business Journal reports. MVG specializes in retail and senior housing projects. [DBJ]
