Unico Expands In Denver With Spec Project

Seattle-based Unico Properties, long a presence in Denver with nearly 3.5M SF in the metro area, aims to grow its presence further here with the launch of a local development arm, which plans to build a mixed-use spec project at 615 Platte St. The project is pre-certified LEED Gold and will include about 10k SF of retail and 80k SF of office space, along with nearly 200 parking spaces, the Denver Business Journal reports. Groundbreaking will be this summer. [DBJ]
