Seattle's Unico Snaps Up 1875 Lawrence

The 192k SF 1875 Lawrence building in LoDo traded hands, selling to Seattle investor Unico Properties for an undisclosed price. The property dates from 1982 and is anchored by Ardent Mills.

Unico is no stranger to Denver, having entered the market in 2006 and most recently acquiring the Elephant Corral Building at 14th and Wazee earlier this year for more than $22M, the Denver Business Journal reports. The seller was DPC Development, which bought it in '14 for more than $46M, and the deal was brokered by HFF's Mary Sullivan and John Jugl.  [DBJ]
