That's how our interview began when we caught Sheldon Good & Co’s Mark Troen on a showing of the firm’s latest offering—the 18-hole Ironbridge Golf Club. Sheldon Good is holding a sealed-bid auction for this Lehman Bros property that also includes 118-home lots next to the course in Glenwood Springs on Nov. 14. Mark tells us he expects interest from both spec real estate investors and, perhaps more importantly, resort and private club operators. There is an unpublished reserve price, but Mark declined to reveal. |
