We learned last week that Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate’s Dan Ryan repped the Apartment Association of Metro Denver in its 8k SF lease at the Paragon office building at 7100 E Belleview Ave in Englewood. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Frederick Ross repped the landlord, Westside Investment Partners.
