Two new retailers are headed to Victory Park’s new mixed-use building under construction at Victory Park Lane and High Market Street. Mico Rodriguez will open a flagship location of the Mexican food restaurant Mesero in early 2018. Orangetheory Fitness will open a new location this fall.

LMC topped out at The 23, a 285-unit apartment building at 2370 Victory Ave., with 20K SF of retail, earlier in April. These two retailers will open in that building, along with a 700-seat Cinepolis Luxury Cinema.

A number of other concepts are slated to open over the next year in Victory Park, including a restaurant by This & That Concepts, a bar by Brooke Humphries, an entertainment concept by Humphries and Elias Pope’s 8020 Hospitality, and three concepts by Tristan Simon’s Rebees. Rebees concepts include A Texas saloon, a retail emporium and a creative workspace.
