Highland Park Village Shopping Center Slated For Big Upgrade

Highland Park Village is set to undergo a major upgrade, with renovation beginning in a month.

Building G, the three-story tower on Preston Road that contains Anthropologie, Chanel, Starbucks and William Noble Rare Jewels, will be upgraded to include a 6,100 SF rooftop terrace, a 19K SF expansion to the third floor, and a conversion of 21K SF of office space on the second floor to retail, according to the Dallas Business Journal.

William Noble will occupy the second floor, and additional tenants will be signed to the redesigned space. The shopping center's valet station will also be relocated to the tower, which is being designed by OmniPlan.
