HSM Crossing, an affiliate of Henry S. Miller Cos, teamed with a mystery international investor to acquire The Crossing shopping center in North Richland Hills. Details remained undisclosed, but the financing includes a five-year, non-recourse fixed rate loan with L Star Capital Finance, the Dallas Business Journal reports.

Henry S. Miller plans to acquire more properties in DFW's hot retail market. Purchase of the 89% occupied, 188k SF retail center, anchored by Kohl's, comes right after Henry S. Miller sold several high-end retail centers throughout North Texas. Henry S. Miller principal Darrell Hurmis said previous properties were to maximize the investors returns, and give them new opportunities to look to the future. [DBJ]
