Goodwill In Fort Worth's Golden Triangle
The world’s largest employer of people with disabilities, Goodwill, will build a 12K SF retail store at 4700 South Collins St. in Arlington. Goodwill has purchased three acres and will begin construction on the new store later this month in preparation for a February opening.
Goodwill will also expand its Denton store at 2030 West University Drive with the addition of a 3K SF Job Resource Center. The center will provide job placement services, counseling, networking and job readiness training. The $1.4M renovation will be completed at the end of January.
In 2016, Goodwill helped more than 313,000 people gain job skills. The nonprofit has more than 160 stores in the U.S. and Canada.
