One of the oldest buildings still standing in Fort Worth has inked leases with three retail concepts amidst a renovation by M2G Ventures

The historic OB Macaroni building that opened in 1905 as a pasta factory will soon house new locations of Fort Worth brands Craftwork Coffee Co., W Durable Goods and Melt Ice Creams.

M2G hopes to expand OB Mac’s tenant base with native businesses with entrepreneurial spirits.

Only two spaces remain in the 42K SF building in the Near Southside and M2G is already planning future expansions of leasable space on the second and third floors.

This June, W Durable Goods will make OB Mac its new home base for production. W Durable Goods co-owners Daniel and Stephanie Wright make leather bags, wallets and more.

In fall 2017, Melt will open an on-site kitchen larger than its Magnolia Avenue location. Melt has seen demand for whole products such as pints of ice cream and needed additional space to fill those requirements.

Craftwork will open a roastery capable of producing 1,500 pounds of coffee per week. The coffee shop and co-working hybrid has locations on Magnolia and Camp Bowie.
