Castle Hills Commons Inks Last Open Retail Space, Brings Occupancy To 100%

F45 Fitness signed a 2k SF least at Castle Hills Commons within the master-planned Castle Hills community. The 8k SF retail center sits adjacent to Super Target and Studio Movie Grill. Brett Gissler with Edge Realty Partners represented the tenant.  Tim McNutt, Britton Lankford and Mason Bakken represented the landlord, Bright Realty.

The retail center opened in October 2016 and is for sale. Tenants include the newly signed F45, Starbucks, Planet Sub and Great Expression Dental. Planet Sub will open next week and Starbucks and Great Expression will open in February.
