F45 Fitness signed a 2k SF lease at Castle Hills Commons within the master planned Castle Hills community. The 8k SF retail center is adjacent to Super Target and Studio Movie Grill.
Brett Gissler with Edge Realty Partners repped the tenant. Tim McNutt, Britton Lankford and Mason Bakken repped the landlord, Bright Realty.
The retail center opened in October 2016 and is for sale. Tenants include the newly signed F45, Starbucks, Planet Sub and Great Expression Dental. Planet Sub will open next week and Starbucks and Great Expression will open in February.
