| Congrats to Rose Associates chairman Daniel Rose, who was ULI New York’s inaugural honoree for its new “Real Estate Legends” series, held Thursday morning with Linneman Associates’ Dr. Peter Linneman (above with Benenson Capital Partners’ Richard Kessler, Peter, Daniel, and Meridian Development Partners’ Howard Weitzman). The new honor recognizes professional achievement, distinguished service, and furthering ideals that represent ULI—and Daniel has plenty of that, being best known for award-winning developments like the Pentagon City complex in Arlington, Va. andOne Financial Center in Boston. In addition to serving on several NYS and NYC panel and advisory boards like the board of Citizens Housing & Planning Council of NY, he also helped establish theHarlem Educational Activities Fund and the Daniel Rose Center for Public Leadership at ULI. |
