TIG Plans $31M Office Project in Allen

TIG Real Estate Services announced plans to build a six-story, 154k SF spec office project on eight acres between Stacy and North Watters roads in Allen. Construction will start after about one-quarter of the building has been pre-leased, according to the Dallas Business Journal. The $31M office building will be along the Sam Rayburn Tollway as the first in a large business park. TIG optioned the land from Allen Economic Development Corp and has the ability to expand to a 25-acre park. Gensler is the exterior architect for the project. [DBJ]
