The Third North Texas Location Of WeWork Has Been Decided

Co-working giant WeWork is not done opening North Texas locations. The tech unicorn will open its third North Texas location — this time in Plano’s Legacy West.

WeWork has leased 25k SF on the third floor of Legacy West at 7400 Windrose with a capacity for about 500 members. Members will have same-level parking availability within the 280k SF office building with ground-floor restaurants and retail.

WeWork general manager for the Southern region Adam Wacenske said the space will be a place for multinational corporations, small businesses and entrepreneurs.

WeWork will not be the only co-working option in town. In January, Dallas-based Common Desk finalized plans to open a 27k SF office in Plano’s Granite Park this spring.
