Plano Tech Center At 800 Klein Road
Solid, an amplifier, radio and optical transport solutions company, has moved its headquarters from Northern California to Plano. Solid leased 49K SF at Plano Tech Center at 800 Klein Road in Plano.
Solid will join fellow tenants Luminator Technology Group, Spirent Communications Inc. and Skyhawk Construction. The city worked with Solid to offer incentives.
Mohr Partners handled site selection, lease negotiations and incentive negotiations for Solid and also provided project management services such as project management including design, permitting, construction and furniture. MPI’s Misti Meggs and Tim Sullivan represented Solid.
