London Recruiting Firm Continues U.S. Expansion With New Dallas Office

Frank Recruitment Group has leased 12K SF in Downtown Dallas’ Ross Tower as part of the firm’s U.S. expansion. This office, that will eventually employ more than 300 people, will be its largest location. Initially, Frank Recruitment Group will employ 150 people to operate its Nigel Frank International brand when it moves in June 5 on Ross Tower’s 24th floor. HPI Real Estate’s Hunter Lee repped the landlord. HPI, in partnership with Second City Real Estate and Bandera Ventures, bought Ross Tower for an estimated $120M in December 2015. It is currently under renovations to open up ground floor retail. Robbie Baty and Travis Boothe from Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office and Seth Hecht in Cushman & Wakefield’s New York office repped Frank Recruitment Group. The firm looked in many cities in the South and Dallas was the clear winner because of its Downtown walkability and energy, Baty said.
