EXCLUSIVE: KDC & HKS On JP Morgan Chase Project Team

Bisnow has learned that HKS and KDC will be part of the project team for the tight-lipped JP Morgan Chase project. The mega banking and financial services firm has been extremely quiet on details, but the latest to get out is that the firm will build a five-building complex totaling 1M SF in the Legacy West development, according to the Dallas Morning News. As you recall, Bisnow broke the news on the site selection last month.

The Morning News describes the project as having a series of public plazas, park areas and reflecting pools with large parking garages on the south side of SH 121.
