JLL Inks Two New Leases At The Star

The Star has two new deals—with the same tenant. PlainsCapital Bank is the newest tenant at the Dallas Cowboys World HQ in Frisco with two leases totaling just more than 9k SF.

PlainsCapital Bank Frisco president Jamie Robertson says the new leases (5k SF of office and 4k SF of retail) will double the bank's Frisco operations.

JLL international director Paul Whitman repped the tenant. Lincoln Property SVP Worthey Wiles repped the landlord in the office transaction, and Lincoln Property EVP Robert Dozier repped the landlord in the retail transaction.

The Dallas-based bank provides commercial banking, commercial lending, commercial real estate lending, treasury management, private banking, residential mortgages, and trust and asset management services. After opening a new location in the Baylor medical district later in 2016, the Star location will be the bank’s 11th.
