After breaking ground on its 17th office building in Hall Park in September, Hall Group has finalized more than $57M in financing for the 12-story building at 3201 Dallas Pkwy in Frisco

HFF senior managing director Trey Morsbach and associate director Michael Cosby represented developer Hall Group to place the construction loan with a lending syndicate led by Commerce Bank.

A 15k SF retail plaza will have restaurants and other features for tenants within the 16 open completed buildings.
