Mississippi-Based Newk's Eatery Inks Third Location In North Texas

In addition to building a 17th office building at the 2.5M SF Hall Park in Frisco, Hall Group is leasing up the 15k SF retail plaza that will serve as an amenity base for office tenants.

Mississippi-based fast-casual restaurant Newk's Eatery will anchor Park Plaza with 5k SF to open in spring 2017. Other North Texas locations include Cypress Waters in Irving and Willow Bend Market in Plano.

Weitzman's David Zoller repped the landlord. Venture Commercial's Don Miller repped Newk's. Cheek Holdings is the local franchise for Newk's in North Texas.

Hall Park has more than 190 tenants throughout 16 buildings. Park updates, including the new Park Plaza, are underway. Newk's franchise is the first retail tenant announced.

Newk's sells salads, pizzas, sandwiches and more in sit-down, grab-and-go and catering formats.
