Ansira Partners inked 88K SF in Three Galleria Tower. The data marketing agency will lease floors three through six for a new co-headquarters at 13155 Noel Road in Dallas.
Ansira credited the move to the ability to recruit and retain employees in an area equidistant from Downtown Dallas and the Plano and Frisco talent pools. Ansira was also looking for an abundance of area amenities. In 2016, CBRE completed $20M worth of renovations at Galleria Towers, including installing parking efficiency technology, tenant lounges, an event space and an expanded fitness center. CBRE also upgraded lobbies, common areas, elevators and restrooms.
Colliers’ Daniel Rudd and Billy Vahrenkamp represented Ansira. CBRE’s Shannon Brown, Kenzie Killgore and Celeste Fowden represented Galleria Towers.
