Cypress Waters Expands With New Building

Cypress Waters is getting a new office building. Billingsley Co selected Adolfson & Peterson Construction to construct a build-to-suit project at 9111 Cypress Waters in the 1,000-acre development.

The new four-story building will feature 225k SF with 50k to 55k SF floor plates. The building is already pre-leased to a confidential tenant that will take occupancy in 2017. That tenant will join Zales, British Telecom, Corelogic and other big names.

This is the second campus that Billingsley and Adolfson & Peterson have collaborated on at Cypress Waters. The other—at 9001 Cypress—is under construction and will complete this summer.
