Another Plano Office At 100% Occupancy

Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, today announced that Plano Corporate Center East, a three story mixed-use office building located at 2201 West Plano Parkway, is now 100% leased. In just seven months, Cushman & Wakefield inked three separate deals to completely lease the 154,245 square foot building. Cushman & Wakefield’s Johnny Johnson, Trey Smith and Layne Mayfield negotiated the leases on behalf of the landlords, Griffin Partners and Angelo, Gordon & Co.

With three more deals from Cushman & Wakefield, Plano Corporate Center East is fully leased.

Three new corporate tenants now call the three-story mixed-use office building at 2201 West Plano Pkwy home. PennyMac Financial Services, a financial services firm, leased 76k SF. Fresenius Medical Care, a healthcare company that provides care to people with renal and other chronic conditions, leased 52k SF. The remaining 26k SF will be leased by Rug Doctor, the global market leader in carpet cleaning systems. Together the three new tenants bring occupancy to 100% after seven months of leasing.

Built in 1999, the 154k SF building underwent improvements in 2015, including renovation of the exterior and lobby.

PennyMac Financial Services was repped by Steven Eyler with Travers Cresa; Fresenius Medical Care’s lease was negotiated by Jeff Pappas of E. Smith Realty and Rug Doctor was repped by JLL's Conor McCarthy and Chris Stout.
