HFF is marketing the 19-story 17Seventeen McKinney on Woodall Rodgers for sale. Built by Granite Properties in 2010, the office property is almost fully leased by tenants such as Regions Bank, Bain & Co, Muitt-Zollars and Colliers International.

Granite, along with partner MetLife, decided it was ready to sell the long-term stabilized asset, the Dallas Morning News reports. MetLife is a partner in another office tower in Trammell Crow's Park District development.
