But what does the French queen have to do with real estate? Well, she did have quite an eye for design, says Crilly Cos. interior designer Maureen Crilly, who discussed the queen's tastes from Versailles to Le Petite Trianon. Although she never said “Let them eat cake,” it didn't stop Perkins+Will's Debra Cole, HDR CUH2A's Mary Williamson, Maureen, Captivate Network's Maureen Beirne, Gruppo Italia's Eleanora Paulsen, and Zetlin & DeChiara's Lina Telese from enjoying some petit fours. The night's proceeds went to Go Red For Women. |
| It was game on for Skanska USA, which raised over $80k in the recent 25th Annual Cerebral Palsy New Jersey Aubrey Lewis Football Classic at the New Meadowlands Stadium. All proceeds will help support CPNJ's work to improve lives and to help bring independence to people with all types of disabilities. | And the AREW Charitable Fund held an evening at the theater to benefit Women In Need at Theatre 80, where they saw Down The Rabbit Hole, a one-woman musical all about women, written by and starring Erin Jividen. Here, Horizon Land Services' Stephanie Butler, the outgoing co-chair of the Charitable Fund (along with Sun and Moon Marketing's Madelyne Kirch) smiles with Lorcan Otway, owner of the theater—one of NY's oldest. He regaled AREW members and guest with tales of gangsters, Prohibition, and the famous people he's met since he and his family purchased the theater in the ‘60s from mobsters. He generously donated the theater, staff, and a guided tour to AREW for the evening. |
