Preventive checkup provider Catapult Health is moving into the redeveloped Prestonwood Place shopping center at 5294 Belt Line Road in Dallas.

The Offices At Prestonwood Place

Prestonwood Place is a 133K SF mixed-use project Northwood Retail renovated in 2020 to create modern-day office and retail product in the popular Addison submarket.

Catapult inked a deal this month to occupy more than 30K SF inside the office portion of the value-add play. The healthcare firm is relocating from its current facility on the 8000 block of Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas.

Transwestern's Michael Griffin assisted Catapult Health during negotiations, while landlord Northwood Investors LLC relied on CBRE's Trey Smith, Lauren Napper and Ward Eastman.

Sanober Syed takes on a leadership role within Landry Commercial's health care division.

EXECS

Commercial real estate services firm Landry Commercial hired Sanober Syed to lead the brokerage's health care division, Landry's Commercial Medical LLC. She will oversee the expansion of the company's medical-related footprint in DFW.

Landry also named Shannon Johnston as a vice president within its brokerage team. Johnston will be responsible for representing industrial tenants and owners.

Kelland Drumgoole

Commercial real estate firm Sidecar CRE announced two new executive appointments this month.

Kelland Drumgoole joined the firm as a field-based adviser in the DFW Mid-Cities region. Before this new post, Drumgoole worked at EXP Realty helping investors procure distressed land and commercial real estate assets.

The firm also hired Ray Martin to focus on expanding its base of clients and serve the inside business development team. Martin comes from Martin Real Estate Advisors Group.

Stanton Road Capital acquires Esters 114 Business Center in Irving, Texas.

ACQUISITIONS

Investment firm Stanton Road Capital LLC finalized its sixth suburban office purchase in six years.

SRC acquired the 176K SF Esters 114 Business Center in Irving, bringing two Class-A buildings into its portfolio. The firm started acquiring suburban office product in DFW in 2014.

The site is 91% leased. The buyer retained Cushman & Wakefield's Clint Madison and John Fancher to handle leasing for the site.

A new team of brokers is handling leasing efforts for The Avenue mixed-use development, an 80-acre development in Allen by Thakkar Developers. Cushman & Wakefield's Chris Taylor, Clint Madison and Rodney Helm have been hired to handle marketing and leasing efforts for a 125K SF, Class-A office building planned on the site.

Davoil renews a 305K SF industrial lease at 401 Railhead Road in Fort Worth.

LEASES

Tenant Davoil Inc. renewed a 305K SF industrial lease for 401 Railhead Road in Fort Worth. The landlord, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada, relied on Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services' Nick Talley to handle negotiations.

Chicken franchise Golden Chick intends to place its first modular restaurant in Saginaw, Texas, this year. After opening the new restaurant in March, the franchise will follow up with two other modular installations in Snyder and Refugio, Texas.
