CBRE cycled for CitySquare (say that 10 times fast) at the first-ever South Dallas 100 in late May. CBRE's Ryan Thornton, Josh McArtor, Travis Ward, Jack Fraker and Steve Berger (above) were among the riders who cycled 50 and 100 kilometers through South Dallas.
The philanthropic event served the dual purpose of showing off several South Dallas industrial properties and raising money for CitySquare, the poverty-fighting nonprofit.
