Bisnow Hosts Third Annual Industrial Real Estate Summit on Friday

Industrial CRE is a hot topic in DFW, so naturallyBisnowplans to give you the skinny with the top names in the market. Event panelist and HenryS Miller brokerage office/industrial associate John Bielamowicz says thelist of industrial CRE options isshrinking as demand increases for the tenantswho dragged their feet wondering what the economy was going to do next. John says tenants are steadily leasing up the industrial product thats there. Its a functionof time, he says, since theres been no new spec. (It's the slowest, most expensive game of musical chairs ever.)

John says build-to-suits are booming; for example,Prologis announced last month that itinked two build-to-suit agreements withBMW ofNorth America for a282k SF project in Lancaster. WhileJohn is a young gun looking at the nuts and bolts of the deals, he says attendees at Bisnows Friday event should look to theicons likePanattoni Development Co partner Rob Riner and CBRE vice chairman and managingdirector Jack Fraker, too, because they can talk activity and the macro investmentmarkets. You can also give John some advice about parenthood; he and his wife areexpecting their first baby in August.
