Behind the Deal: Why Retail Realty Joined NAI Robert Lynn

When he was ready to expand his business, Retail Realty prez Dan Avnery wanted not only global reach and better resources, he wanted a firm where the decisions were made locally. (No more asking mom when dad says no. They’re both at the table.)

Dan with NAI Robert Lynn property management prez John Lancaster, NAI Robert Lynn prez Mark Miller, and NAI Robert Lynn retail division co-managing partner Tom Heraty. Dan, who's now the co-managing partner of NAI Robert Lynn's retail division, tells us that the local ownership gives him more opportunities to be entrepreneurial.
