Mercy Health Subsidiary Ensemble Plans 300K SF Regional HQ In Cincinnati

Cincinnati-based Mercy Health subsidiary Ensemble Health Partners is planning a 300K SF regional headquarters in greater Cincinnati. The new regional HQ would accommodate 1,100 workers.

The company, which provides revenue cycle management services in the healthcare industry, has not selected a location yet. Nor could it provide a cost estimate for the project, Cincinnati.com reports.

Ensemble has already bagged one incentive. The Ohio Tax Credit Authority has awarded it a 2.31%, 15-year job-creation tax credit for the project.

The regional HQ is expected to generate $47.3M annually in payroll payments, in addition to retaining the existing $26.2M payroll of Cincinnati-area Ensemble workers who will relocate to the new headquarters.

Construction is expected to begin early next year with completion in 2019, depending on the approval of other state and local tax incentives.
