Williams & Williams Auctioning 26 Circle K Stores

Real estate auction website Williams & Williams is placing 26 former Circle K stores for bid Aug. 10-12. The majority of stores (10) in the portfolio are in Illinois, including locations at 1604 W 95th in Chicago, 827 Elmhurst Rd in Des Plaines and 3159 W 183rd in Homewood. Interested buyers may place bids on site or online at AuctionNetwork.com. Winning bidders must sign a purchase contract, make a 10% down payment and close within 30 days after the auction ends.
