Finch’s Beer Co plans to build an 80k SF brewery along the North Branch of the Chicago River in Lincoln ParkCurbed reports. The campus, including a brewing facility, tap room and shop, will be built in two phases with plans to open by late 2016/early 2017. It will also include a 21k SF loading dock, 200 parking spaces and a boat dock for booze cruisers looking for dry land. Chicagoans have truly proven themselves to have an endless appetite for local craft beer.
