Griffis/Blessing sprung at the chance to buy a Colorado Springs apartment complex. The firm purchased Bonterra Lakeside, a 150-unit-plus apartment building near Quail Lake Park for $16.5M, or about $106k/unit, the company reports. San Fran-based Hamilton Zanze & Co sold the property; ARA's Kevin McKenna, Ken Greene, Doug Andrews, and Jeff Hawks brokered the deal. The complex is more than 90% occupied.
